AGRImag has seen success in connecting with the PEI agriculture community, and now is expanding that success to connect with the entire maritimes, which includes Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island farmers. AGRImag has worked with the PEI Federation of Agriculture and it’s member over the last year and a half, and looks forward to working with there associate federation in both Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. We cover all main sectors groups which include such industry groups as, Cattle, Potatoes, Grains, Berries, Foxes, and even Bees.
Our lead writer and editor is Ian Petrie, who has hand an excellent career over the last 30 years with CBC reporting on the agriculture industry, and uses his years of experience to bring our readers the most relevant and interesting stories along side our other writing team members. Additionally, we work with federation member groups to bring their individual news, reports, stories, and even recipes to members of the agriculture community and beyond.
AGRImag’s primary goal is to bring engaging relevant news worth reading and seeing, on how to help farmers connect and stay connected, but also to create an environment where the general population can learn about farming to further develop the bond between the farm and the plate.
